The Professional behaviour code of employees within VÍTKOVICE Holding Company is the basic etiquette norm for employees of VÍTKOVICE, a.s. Company and its subsidiaries (further referred to as the Company)
Employee:
- Does his / her best for the goodwill and reputation of the Company
- by his/ her professional behaviour represents internationally important Company with long tradition
- is loyal and works for the benefit of the Company
- all his / her actions are always honest and decent; he / she takes full responsibilty for the actions and deeds
- performs his / her work effectively and professionally in requested quality and time
- is interested in personal and professional development, acquires new skills, knowledge
- protects the Company´s possessions against theft and damage and does not use financial means nor equipment for any other than work-related purposes
- doesn´t use information acquired while performing job duties for his/her or competitior´s benefit
- doesn´t require nor accepts any favours from suppliers, customers or competitors
- promotes good relationships, team spirit, trust and respect at the work place
